MaidPro has taken fourth place on Franchise Business Review’s Top Franchises for Women List based on satisfaction from its female franchisees. The company was also the #1 franchise on the list’s Cleaning & Maintenance category.
To compile the list, 240 franchise brands representing nearly 6,000 female franchise owners were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding these critical areas of their franchise systems: leadership, training and support, financial opportunity and work/life balance.
Chief Operating Officer, Christopher Chapman, said this award is really special for MaidPro. “We are extremely proud of this award. Since we began franchising in 1991, we’ve recognized that female entrepreneurs make outstanding franchisees. We are grateful for the relationships we've built with some amazing women!"
“The franchise industry provides many options to women seeking business ownership on a full- or part-time basis in multiple sectors,” says Michelle Rowan, President of Franchise Business Review. “The number of franchise opportunities can be overwhelming, so it’s critical to examine feedback from other female franchise owners on how well the franchise meets their expectations in terms of support, work/life balance, financial opportunity, and other key areas of business ownership.”
MaidPro has also been named a Top Franchise for 2018, a Top Franchise Leader, and as a Top Franchise for Veterans this year by Franchise Business Review, an independent market research firm that specializes in benchmarking franchisee satisfaction.
