MaidPro Ranks Third on Top Franchises for 2019 List by Franchise Business Review

MaidPro has ranked third on the Top Franchises for 2019 list by Franchise Business Review. MaidPro was also named Best-in-Category in the Cleaning & Maintenance sector.

More than 30,000 franchisees from hundreds of different brands were surveyed by FBR on how pleased they were with their franchise systems. They were asked 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems such as training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.

“This is our highest ranking in the three years straight that we’ve made the Top Franchise list so we’re very excited,” said MaidPro CEO Mark Kushinsky. “Our dedication to our franchisees and their success is at the heart of our company and this award shows that they believe in us just as much as we believe in them.” That’s because the FBR list is based on franchisee satisfaction and performance.

What do MaidPro franchisees love about MaidPro? Bill and Marilyn Collier of Pelham, Alabama, said what first sold them was MaidPro’s home office staff. “They are cutting edge, smart and very friendly.” But they loved what was under the hood just as much as what shone on the surface. “The business plan was solid and we knew that they would be there to support us every step of the way (which they did and still continue to do!” said the couple, who’ve owned their MaidPro franchise since 2009.

“We love owning our own business with MaidPro, the greatest franchisor a person could hope for,” the couple added. The only advice they have for prospective franchise buyers is not to wait so long to do it. The Colliers were in their late 50s when they purchased their MaidPro franchise.
